I have found so many reasons why I love photographing engagements.

That season right after "yes" — before the planning, the guest lists, the stress of it all — is pure, unfiltered joy. It's just the two of you, still a little giddy, still catching each other's eye like it's new. That's what I strive to capture.

Documenting the way you lean into each other, the nervous laughter, the quiet moments when you forget the camera is even there — these are just a few reasons why I love engagement photography.'

An engagement session is so much more than pictures for your save-the-dates. It's our first chance to work together before the wedding day — a low-pressure way for you to get comfortable in front of my camera, and for me to get to know you as a couple. I learn how you move together, what makes you laugh, the little things that make your relationship yours. By the time your wedding day arrives, we're not strangers — we're a team who's already done this once.

I'll guide you through poses that don't feel like poses, find the light, and help you both relax into the moment so what comes through is genuinely you — not stiff, not staged, just two people who are excited about what's ahead.
